Silence is something all humans experience, in one form or another. For some silene is a serene, seldom found experience. While for others it can be their entire existence. Silence is also an abstract experience, as we all interpret and hear silence differently. This moving image seeks to showcase the contrasting emotions of serenity and melancholy that inhibits quiet soundscapes. This work also pushes the preconceived ideas that a moving image or video piece needs to have music. Not only is the piece about silence, but it is also silent.
